GTBank Recruitment for Entry Level Programme – 2018,  creates a platform for you to launch your career and be given a world-class training.

Application Requirements:

Candidate must:

  • Have a WAEC/NECO  certificate with a minimum 5 credits including Mathematics and English, at no more than two (2) sittings
  • Must not exceed twenty-six (26) years of age
  • Be a graduate with a minimum of second class lower division from an accredited University
  • Have completed the compulsory NYSC and possess NYSC certificate

Selection Process 

Candidates will be invited to go for a five-step recruitment process as, explained  below:

Step 1: Computer-Based Assessment
A Computer-Based assessment comprising of questions covering Verbal Reasoning, History/Current Affairs, Logical Reasoning, Spatial Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, and Data Interpretation shall be conducted.

Step 2: Pre-Interview Documentation

Successful candidates will be invited for an informal chat with a member of Human Resources Team. This team shall verify your credentials. You may also be asked to write an essay: details of which will be communicated during the discussion.

Step 3: Panel Interview
The next stage of the process is a competency-based panel interview. You will have to Candidates are demonstrate key capabilities.

Step 4: Final Interview
This is a one-on-one interview with a member of the Executive Management Team.

Step 5: Entry Level Training Scheme
Successful candidates at the Final Interview will be offered a place in our four-month Entry Level Programme (ELP). Here participants are trained and tested on practical, social, and technical aspects of Banking. The successful candidates will be retained  into the Bank subsequently.
