ATBU Cut off Mark 2018/2019 and Departmental Cut off Point

Cut off mark is a set score established by  particular institution as a criteria for giving admission to candidates into the department/faculty of study.  The score is usually accredited to candidates basically on their performance in a particular test. Candidates that had more than the expected score will be given admission and preferentially treated in admission process above those who have met the exacts cut off mark.

We have certain criteria to be observed by students before being admitted to study in any of the courses in any university. One of which includes getting up to  the required score for each schools’ as well as the courses itself.  It is quite easy to gain admission if one has met the required score for the admission into a particular course.

The jamb board has given a certain score for Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, ATBU which is 180.

But one might be wondering that He/she had 180 and above but was not offered admission to study his/her choice of course.

Candidates with higher grades are first considered in admission rather than candidates with lower scores though he/she might meet the cut off mark of 180 but may likely not be given admission. It is the higher your scores, the higher the chance of getting admission.
